Professor Shen Zexiang is a Professor in the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics and the Faculty of Materials Science and Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Academy of Sciences and a Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His honours and awards include an Honorary Professorship from Moscow State University, the Singapore New Immigrant Outstanding Contribution Award, the Singapore Physical Society Research Excellence Gold Medal, the NTU Research and Innovation Award, the King’s College London Dissertation Excellence Award, the Wang Kuan Cheng Scholarship, and the UK Scholarship for Outstanding Overseas Students.
Professor Shen joined NTU in 2005. He currently serves as Deputy Dean of the Graduate School, overseeing the NTU Interdisciplinary Graduate School, and as Director of the Centre for Advanced Photonics Technology. Previously, he was the Founding Deputy Dean (Research and Graduate Studies) of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, and subsequently served as Deputy Dean (Teaching). He is also one of the founders of the NTU Interdisciplinary Graduate School.
Professor Shen is a Senior Research Fellow at the NTU Institute for Advanced Study, Head of the Physics Department on the NTU Research Funding Committee, and a member of the NTU Academic Committee. He is also a member of the Tan Kah Kee Foundation and the Tan Kah Kee International Society. His past service includes roles as Advisor to the Board of Directors of Nanyang Technological University; Council Member of the Singapore Physical Society and the Singapore Materials Science Society; member of the International Physical Society (IPS); Chairman of the Singapore Physics Olympiad; and President of the Singapore–China Association for Science and Technology Exchange. He has also served as an expert member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of China and as a member of the Singapore–China Friendship Association.
Professor Shen is a globally highly cited scientist. He has published over 650 scholarly articles, which have received more than 67,000 citations, and has an H-index of 126.

申泽骧教授2005年加入南洋理工大学（NTU），现任研究生院副院长，负责NTU跨学科研究生院；先进光子学技术中心主任。申教授曾任数理学院创院副院长（科研与研究生），后任教学副院长。他也是NTU跨学科研究生院创始人之一。
申教授为NTU高等研究所高级研究员、NTU 科研基金委员会物理学科主任、及NTU学术委员会成员；陈嘉庚基金会委员，陈嘉庚国际学会会员。申泽骧曾担任南洋理工大学董事会顾问、新加坡物理学会理事、新加坡材料学会理事、国际物理奥委会成员、新加坡奥林匹克物理竞赛主席，及新加坡-中国科学技术交流促进协会会长。申教授也曾任中国国务院侨办专家咨询委员会专家，新加坡-中国友好协会成员。
