Biography:

Professor Kiat Seng YEO currently serves as Global Partnerships Advisor and Director of Innovation and Enterprise (China) at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), and is also a Chair Professor at Tianjin University. With over 37 years of experience in industry, academia, and consulting, he is a leading authority in low-power RF and millimeter-wave integrated circuit design and a recognized expert in CMOS technology.

He has held several key leadership positions at top Singaporean universities, including Founding Vice Provost (Research/Postgraduate Education/International Relations) at SUTD, and Director of the Research Centre and Founding Director of the VIRTUS Integrated Circuit Design Centre at Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

杨杰圣教授现任新加坡科技设计大学（SUTD）全球伙伴关系顾问、创新与企业（中国）总监，并受聘为天津大学讲席教授，拥有超过37年的工业界、学术界及咨询行业经验，是低功耗射频及毫米波集成电路设计领域的权威，也是CMOS技术的公认专家。

他曾在新加坡顶尖学府担任多项核心领导职务，包括SUTD创始副教务长（研究/研究生教育/国际关系），以及南洋理工大学（NTU）电机与电子工程学院研究中心主任和VIRTUS集成电路设计中心创始主任。

As a principal investigator, Professor YEO has received over S$70 million in research funding, published 14 monographs (4 of which are Amazon bestsellers), 7 book chapters, and over 700 journal and conference papers. He also holds 55 patents (including 27 US patents), and his research has a profound global impact.

Professor YEO’s outstanding achievements and international influence in integrated circuit design, artificial intelligence, and interdisciplinary innovation provide solid academic guidance and a global perspective for the journal’s development.
