The 2025 Hong Kong International Talent Festival Organizing Committee, in collaboration with the Beijing, Hong Kong and Macao General Chamber of Commerce, the Hong Kong Digital Economy Industry Association, and the Asia Pacific Science and Technology Association – APSTA (Singapore), is co-hosting this Digital Economy Talent Forum. By integrating the world’s top digital economy talent and leveraging the principles of “mature technology transfer + international rule-making + global market coverage,” the forum aims to foster a “dual internal and external circulation” of the digital economy characterized by “R&D in mainland China, transformation in Hong Kong and Macao, and global service.” This will provide a strategic foundation for building a global digital economy ecosystem.

2025香港國際人才節組委會，聯合中國京港澳總商會、香港數字經濟產業協會及（新加坡）亞太科學技術協會，共同舉辦此次數字經濟人才論壇，通過整合全球頂尖數字經濟人才力量，以“成熟技術轉化+國際規則制定+全球市場覆蓋”為路徑，打造“研發在內地、轉化在港澳、服務在全球”的數字經濟“內外雙循環”，為構建全球數字經濟產業生態圈提供戰略支點。

The theme of this forum is “Digital Intelligence Drives Economic Prosperity, Talent Empowers Global Growth”. It aims to build on Hong Kong’s advantages in talent, resources and location, focus on the role of talent in the “internal and external dual circulation” of the digital economy, break down information barriers across countries, regions and industries, promote collaborative innovation and development in the global digital economy, help Chinese companies, Chinese technology and Chinese culture go global, build global influence and jointly create a global digital economy industry ecosystem.

本次論壇以“數智驅動經濟繁榮，人才賦能全球增長”為主題，旨在立足香港人才、資源、區位優勢，聚焦人才在數字經濟“內外雙循環”中起到的作用，打破跨國、跨境、跨區域、跨行業的信息壁壘，推動全球數字經濟產業協同創新發展，助力中國企業、中國科技、中國文化走出國門，構建全球影響力，共創全球數字經濟產業生態圈。欢迎大家来香港相聚！
